Break That Mould publishes content designed to positively impact people’s emotional wellbeing and sense of self.

What we watch and read has a big influence on how we see the world and how we feel about ourselves. Social media, books, articles, videos, movies, TV, podcasts, and even songs, have the power to shape minds for better or worse. They can fill our heads with unrealistic ideas about how we ought to look and live, OR they can celebrate individuality and teach us that it’s ok to be who we truly are.

We all have the right to be proud of who we are and honour our needs. Because there really is no such thing as normal, and that’s exactly what makes us all special!
